What the site provides
todaybhav publishes indicative retail rates for precious metals and fuel in India, collected from publicly published sources. It is an information service. It is not a dealer, a broker, an exchange, or an adviser, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell anything.
No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it must not be relied on as the basis for any transaction. Decisions you make after reading it are yours. See the Disclaimer for the full statement.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to publish accurate figures, but we cannot guarantee that any rate is correct, current or complete. Rates depend on third-party sources that may be delayed, interrupted or wrong. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.
Using the rates
You may:
- Read, print and share pages for your own personal or internal business use.
- Quote a figure or two in an article, post or report, with clear attribution to todaybhav and a link to the page it came from.
You may not, without our written permission:
- Scrape, crawl or otherwise systematically copy the site, or any substantial part of the data, whether manually or automatically.
- Republish our data as a feed, dataset, API or bulk export.
- Present our figures as your own, or in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
- Interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability, or place an unreasonable load on it.
If you want a data feed or a licence for wider use, write to todaybhav.in@gmail.com — we would rather talk about it than find out afterwards.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, layout, name and logo belong to us. The underlying rate figures originate from third-party sources; our compilation, presentation and calculations are our own work. Third-party names appear only to identify their source and imply no affiliation.
Third-party links and advertising
Pages may link to, or display advertising for, third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Any dealing you have with them is between you and them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including lost profit, lost opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or the figures published on it.
Changes
We may change these terms, the site, or any part of it at any time. Changes take effect when published, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
