We read everything and reply to most things within a few working days. There is no contact form on this page on purpose — a form that quietly fails is worse than an address that works.
What to write about
- A rate looks wrong — tell us the city, the commodity and what you believe the correct figure is. Please see Support first; it explains the few reasons a figure can legitimately differ from your jeweller or pump.
- Add my city — name the city and the state. We can only add a place once a published source covers it, so we will tell you honestly either way.
- Advertising and partnerships — use the subject line “Advertising”.
- Press and data use — tell us what you want to use and where it will appear. See the Terms of Service for what is allowed without asking.
- Privacy — anything covered by the Privacy Policy, including a request to remove data.
What we cannot help with
We do not buy or sell gold, silver or fuel, we do not broker deals, and we cannot advise on whether to buy or sell. We are a publisher of rates, nothing more — see the Disclaimer.
